  1. Name a piece of software you often use where it is easy to produce an error. Explain ways you could improve the interface to better prevent errors.
  2. In the late 1970s, Foley proposed a model for interfaces which included four levels: conceptual, semantic, syntactic, and lexical. Explain in detail why this model is less relevant today due to modern graphical user interfaces.
  3. The Loyola Blackboard system will let you send email to the instructor or other students. Refresh your memeory on how to send me email via the system. Then, do a KLM analysis of what it takes to send me email. What specific operations did you have to do to perform this task? List them, assign timings and give an estimate.
