I am currently working on a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at Iowa State University, Ames IA. Congrats to the class of '03 and I hope my '02 classmates are doing well.

Research I did at Loyola

I was extremely lucky to have two great scientists take me under their wing for most of my time at LC. If you are reading this, you are probably interested in PROBEmer (http://probemer.cs.loyola.edu), the project I completed my senior year. The reference is below:
